We are seeking a versatile and energetic Bartender & Server to join our team and deliver exceptional hospitality. In this dual role, you’ll craft drinks, serve guests, and ensure a seamless dining and bar experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and serve with attention to detail.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Make menu and drink recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending or serving preferred, but training available.
- Knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and menu items.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
