Domenic's and Vinnie's of Palm Beach.
Coming Winter 2026.
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their dining experience by providing a warm welcome, managing reservations, and coordinating seating to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with genuine hospitality and a friendly smile.
- Manage reservations and waitlists using [OpenTable/Resy/or other system].
- Escort guests to tables and present menus.
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service flow.
- Answer phones and assist with inquiries about menus, hours, or events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and host stand.
- Assist with takeout orders and other front-of-house tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume shifts.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
