Dishwasher / Prep Cook Job Description
Location: Royal Palm Beach, FL 33412.
Domenic's and Vinnie's of Palm Beach.
Coming Winter 2026.
We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to keeping our restaurant running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness and supporting our chefs with daily food preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dish area.
- Assist with basic food prep, including chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and preparing sauces.
- Ensure all food items are stored properly and safely.
- Support cooks and kitchen staff during busy service hours.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with end-of-shift cleaning and restocking.
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
